The AI Reply Agent can now handle both first replies and subsequent replies in an ongoing conversation — not just the opening message. This means your AI can stay in the conversation across multiple back-and-forth exchanges, keeping leads engaged without you lifting a finger.
This feature is available on Business plan and above.
Enable it under AI Reply Agent rule settings → Subsequent Replies.
What changed
Previously, the AI Reply Agent would respond to the first reply from a lead and then hand off the conversation. Now you can enable it to continue handling subsequent replies in the same thread, allowing for multi-turn AI-driven conversations.
How to enable Subsequent Replies
1. Go to AI Reply Agent → Settings
2. Open the rule you want to update (or create a new one).
3. Toggle on Subsequent Replies in the rule settings.
4. Save your changes.
Important note
Use this feature carefully. AI models can occasionally generate inaccurate or hallucinated responses. We recommend monitoring replies closely when Subsequent Replies is enabled — especially for high-value conversations.
Best practice: Enable Subsequent Replies for specific labels like "More Information" or "Needs Qualification" while keeping high-intent labels like "Interested" or "Meeting Booked" for human follow-up.
