Auto Follow-Up

Ensure conversations with your leads don’t go cold. If a lead forgets to respond to your outgoing Unibox email, Plusvibe can automatically send follow-up emails based on the sequence you configure.

What This Feature Do?

When Auto Follow-Up is configured, Plusvibe monitors conversations in your Unibox.

If a lead does not respond after each outgoing Unibox email, the system automatically sends a follow-up email to remind them about the conversation.

This ensures that:

  • Important conversations don’t get missed

  • Leads are reminded to reply

  • Your outreach stays consistent without manual effort

How It Works

  1. Go to Unibox "AI automation"

2. Click on Auto Follow up and turn it on

3. Configure your follow-up sequence

  • Set using labels like Interested etc.

  • Set days to trigger follow-up if no reply is received.

  • Add a sequence & Save

    4. Once Auto Follow-Up is configured, it is enabled for all threads by default.

    To turn it off, click the three dots and select “Turn off Auto Follow-Up.

    5. After enabling it, there would be an icon as shown below

    6. Once the Auto Follow-Up sequence is completed, the icon will show “Auto

    Follow-Up Completed.”

Important Notes:

  • Leads currently enrolled in a subsequence will not receive auto follow-up emails.

  • Auto follow-up sequences restart from Step 1 for each outgoing Unibox email.

  • Any incoming reply from a lead will immediately stop their auto follow-up sequence.
