When a reply lands in the Unibox Others folder from an address not yet associated with a lead, you can now search by email address to find the right lead and associate the conversation to them — directly from the thread.
This feature is available on all plans.
How to associate a conversation to a lead by email
1. Open Unibox and go to the Others folder.
2. Open a thread that isn't associated with a lead.
3. Click Associate to Lead in the thread header or side panel.
4. In the search field, type the lead's email address.
5. Select the correct lead from the results.
6. The conversation is now linked to that lead and moves to the appropriate campaign thread.

Things to know
• Previously, you could only search for leads by name. Email search makes it much faster to find the right contact when you know their address.
• Once associated, the thread will reflect the lead's campaign context in Unibox.
• If no matching lead is found, you may need to import or add the contact first.
