You can now assign Unibox conversations to specific team members. This helps teams manage replies better and ensures no lead is missed.
What This Feature Does
Instead of handling all replies in one place, you can:
Assign conversations to specific team members
Automatically distribute replies using round-robin
Organize and manage leads more efficiently
Auto-Assign Feature is available in Business Plan.
How It Works
Manual Assignment
Go to Unibox
Open any conversation
Click on Assign
Select the team member
The thread will now be assigned to that member.
Automatic Assignment (Round-Robin)
You can also assign conversations automatically using AI Labels:
Go to Settings → AI Reply Labels
Edit or create a label (e.g., Interested)
Enable AI Label Detection
Scroll to Auto-Assign Unibox Thread to Member(s)
Select one or more team members
Click Enter
What happens next?
When a reply matches the label, the system assigns the thread automatically
If multiple members are selected, assignments happen in round-robin
Important Notes
Auto-assignment works only when the label is applied by AI detection
Manually applying a label will not trigger assignment
If multiple members are selected, the system distributes threads evenly
