The GoHighLevel integration allows you to sync leads, replies, and deals between PlusVibe and GoHighLevel automatically.
How to integrate GHL?
To integrate GHL, click on Account Settings → Integrations
Then click on Connect & login to your GHL account
What Does the GoHighLevel Integration Do?
The integration helps you:
Sync leads from PlusVibe to GoHighLevel
Sync lead replies to GoHighLevel
Automatically create deals when leads are labeled
Control which campaigns are included or excluded
Map leads into the correct pipeline and stage
All actions are triggered based on lead labels inside PlusVibe.
Sync PlusVibe to GoHighLevel
When enabled, PlusVibe will sync leads to GoHighLevel as soon as a lead is labeled.
You can choose the label that triggers the sync
(e.g., Interested).
Sync replies to GoHighLevel
When this option is enabled:
Lead replies from PlusVibe are synced to GoHighLevel
Conversations stay updated inside your CRM
Create deals when the lead is labeled as
You can configure the integration to automatically create a deal in GoHighLevel when a lead receives a specific label.
Select Pipeline & Stage for opportunity
You can choose:
Which pipeline the deal should be created in
Which stage the deal should start at
Select campaigns to exclude (optional)
You can exclude specific campaigns from syncing.
Field Mapping
The Field Mapping tab allows you to map PlusVibe lead fields to GoHighLevel fields.
This ensures lead data is synced correctly between both platforms.
