When a lead replies positively to one of your client's campaigns, PlusVibe can now automatically send the client a branded notification email — with your agency's name and branding, not PlusVibe's.
This feature is available on Business and Agency plans.
What it does
Your clients receive an automatic email notification whenever a campaign gets a positive reply. The email is white-labeled with your agency's branding so the experience feels fully native to your service.
How to enable it
1. Go to Settings → White Label.
2. Find the Email Notifications section.
3. Enable the Positive Reply Notification toggle.
4. Customize the sender name, subject line, and any branding details.
5. Save your settings.

Things to know
• The notification is triggered when a reply is classified as positive (e.g. "Interested", "Meeting Booked") by your AI Reply Agent or manually.
• Your clients receive the notification at the email address on their account.
• This feature requires the White Label add-on, available on Business and Agency plans.
• You can preview the notification email before enabling it.
