Configuring White Label Client Access

White Label Client Access is available on the Business Plan and is designed for agencies who want to give their clients a branded portal to view results and manage their account. Unlike standard collaboration (where invited team members log in through the platform with our branding), White Label Client Access makes the portal look and feel like your own product.

With this feature, you can:

  • Set up a custom domain for each client (e.g., client.yourdomain.com).

  • Apply your own logo and business name.

  • Control exactly which features each client can access (campaign reports, Unibox, services, etc.).

  • Create one white label app per workspace, making it easy to manage multiple clients under different brands.

This is ideal for agencies running multiple workspaces, since you can configure separate White Label portals for each of your clients—giving every client their own dedicated login, branding, and visibility into their account.

How to Configure White Label Client Access

  1. Enable White Label

    • Go to Client Access in Settings.

    • Check the box to enable White Label.

  2. Upload Logo

    • Click Upload Logo.

    • Select your company logo.

    • The logo will appear on the client login page and dashboard.

  3. Create Custom Login URL

    • Enter your custom login domain.

    • The domain must start with client. (e.g., client.yourdomain.com).

  4. Enter Business Name

    • Add your Business Name.

    • This name is displayed across the client portal.

  5. Save

Adding Clients

  • Go to your White Label App settings.

    • Select Add Client.

  • Fill out Client's information

    • Enter Client Email (For Login).

    • Enter Client's name.

    • Enter Client Business name.

  • Select workspace

    • Click on the dropdown and select workspace.

  • Select permissions available for client:

    • Allow the client full access to the workspace.

    • Choose client access – Select if you want to define which pages the client can see.

    • Use the dropdown menu to pick the pages or sections you want the client to access.

    • Allow full access to Unibox – Grant the client full access only to the Unibox.

  • Hide labels from the client

    • Select which reply labels to hide from your client in the unibox in the dropdown.

  • Select Add Client to give access to the workspace or Add Workspace to give the client access to another workspace.

Key Differences from Collaboration

  • Collaboration: For internal teammates. They log in through the platform and see our branding.

  • White Label Client Access: For clients. They log in through your branded portal, see your logo and domain, and only access the features you grant them.
