1. What is the White Label Client App?

The White Label Client App is a branded mobile inbox that lets your clients view and manage replies from their prospects without accessing the full Plusvibe dashboard.

It helps improve trust and transparency by giving clients a familiar, branded experience under your company logo, not a third-party tool.

With the app, clients can:

  • Receive push notifications for new replies

  • Get notified when an AI draft reply is ready

  • Use the AI reply writer on the go

  • Review and respond to prospect emails anytime, anywhere

This is especially useful for agencies that want clients involved without exposing internal campaign setup or tooling.

2. How do I use the White Label Client App?

Step 1: Download the app

Step 2: Log in

  • Your client enters his email address

Step 3: Enter password

  • On the login screen, your company logo will appear

  • Enter the password

Once logged in, clients can immediately view replies, receive notifications, and use AI-assisted responses.

3. Is the White Label Client App free to use?

The White Label Client App is available for:

  • Business Plan

  • Agency Plan

There is no separate charge for the client to install or use the app.

4. Why is my client asked to enter an organization code?

In rare cases, a client may work with more than one agency that uses Plusvibe.

To ensure replies and notifications are routed to the correct agency workspace, the client will be asked to enter an organization code during first-time installation.

This only happens once.

You can find your organization code in Settings -> Client Access:

5. Who is this app best suited for?

This app is best suited for serious cold email agencies that want to present a more professional, trustworthy client experience.

Providing clients with a branded mobile app increases perceived credibility, makes communication feel more transparent, and signals that your agency operates with real systems — not ad-hoc tools or shared inboxes.

It’s ideal for agencies that care about brand value, client confidence, and long-term relationships.
