The Skip Holidays feature allows you to automatically pause campaign sending on public holidays. This helps ensure your emails are not sent when prospects are out of office or less likely to engage.
You can choose from built-in country holiday calendars or create your own custom holiday calendar based on your business needs.

Setting Up Skip Holidays
Step 1: Open Campaign Settings
Navigate to your campaign schedule and locate the Skip Holidays section.
Step 2: Enable Holiday Protection
Enable: Pause sending on public holidays
Step 3: Select a Holiday Calendar
Choose one of the available options:
System Holiday Calendar
+Add New Calendar
Examples include:
United States
Australia
Bangladesh
Brazil
Argentina
And many more
Step 4: Save Your Settings
Once, you have chosen your preferred holiday calendar, please click the "Save Schedule"
Once saved, PlusVibe will automatically pause campaign sending on holidays defined in the selected calendar.
Creating a Custom Holiday Calendar
If your organization follows a unique holiday schedule, you can create your own calendar.
Click Add New Calendar
Name your calendar
Add the dates you want PlusVibe to skip
Save the calendar
Select it within your campaign settings
This is useful for:
Company shutdown periods
Industry-specific holidays
Regional holidays
Team vacation periods
How It Works
When Pause sending on public holidays is enabled:
PlusVibe checks the selected holiday calendar.
If the current day is marked as a holiday, campaign sending is automatically paused for that day.
Sending resumes automatically on the next available business day.
No manual intervention is required.
