Fallback Sending helps ensure your campaign can continue sending emails even if one of your sender accounts becomes unavailable or encounters an issue.
This feature is useful for maintaining campaign continuity and preventing leads from getting stuck when a sender account is removed, deleted, or enters an error state.
Available Fallback Sending Options
PlusVibe currently provides two fallback sending settings:
Fallback Sending for deleted/removed accounts
Fallback Sending for errored accounts
Fallback Sending for Deleted / Removed Accounts
When this option is enabled, PlusVibe will automatically use a different sender account if the original sending account is:
Removed from the campaign
Deleted from the workspace
No longer available
Instead of stopping the lead completely, the system will continue sending future emails from another available sender account inside the campaign.
Example
Suppose:
Lead A originally started receiving emails from [email protected]
That mailbox later gets removed from the campaign
If fallback sending is enabled:
PlusVibe will automatically switch future sends for that lead to another active sender account
This helps prevent interruptions in the sequence.
Fallback Sending for Errored Accounts
When this option is enabled, PlusVibe will automatically use another sender account if the original mailbox enters an error state.
This can happen if:
The mailbox disconnects
SMTP issues occur
Authentication errors happen
Temporary provider restrictions occur
Instead of pausing the lead completely, the system attempts to continue sending using another healthy sender account.
Why This Feature Is Useful
Fallback Sending helps:
Prevent campaign interruptions
Reduce skipped sends caused by mailbox issues
Keep sequences running smoothly
Improve operational stability for larger campaigns
