Additional Fields (Workspace-Level Feature)

This feature allows you to define default data fields at the workspace level. These fields automatically map during lead import and help you organize and filter data across all campaigns.

What This Feature Does

Instead of manually mapping the same fields every time, you can:

- Set default fields for your workspace
- Automatically map data during CSV import
- Use these fields to filter leads across all campaigns

- These fields behave like standard fields such as First Name and Last Name.

How It Works

  1. Go to Settings → Additional Fields

  2. Click “Add New Field”

  3. Create your custom field (e.g., Company State, Industry, etc.)

  4. When you import a CSV, if your column names match the Additional Fields, they will be mapped automatically.

  5. You don’t need to manually map them again for every campaign.

  6. You can also filter the leads using this field names in PlusVibe Total Campaign Leads View

Important Notes

- Additional Fields are created at the workspace level, not per campaign

- They map automatically only if your CSV column headers match

- They are mainly used for filtering and organization, not personalization

Why Use This?

This is perfect if:

- You import leads regularly and want consistent mapping
- You want to filter leads across multiple campaigns
- You need better data organization at workspace level

It saves time and helps you manage your data more efficiently across all campaigns.
