The PlusVibe enrichment feature helps you enrich existing leads inside your workspace by finding missing business email addresses and additional lead data directly from the platform.
This is especially useful when:
Your imported leads have missing emails
You only have LinkedIn URLs
You only have names and company domains
You want to improve lead quality before launching campaigns
How To Use Lead Enrichment
Step 1: Import or Reimport Your Leads
After importing or reimporting your CSV file into the workspace, go to your leads page.
Then click on the “Add Enrichment/Enrich” button.
This will open the enrichment options available for your leads.
Inside the enrichment menu, you will see multiple enrichment tools.
To find missing business emails, click on:
“Find Business Emails”
This feature helps discover work email addresses for prospects using:
First name
Last name
Company domain
LinkedIn profile URL
How Email Finding Works
You can enrich leads in two different ways:
Method 1: Using Company Domain + Name
You provide:
First Name
Last Name
Company Domain
Example:
John
Smith
company.com
Credit Usage
1 credit per found email
This method is generally the most cost-efficient.
Method 2: Using LinkedIn URL
You provide:
LinkedIn Profile URL
The system first scrapes LinkedIn data and then attempts to find the business email.
Credit Usage
3 credits per found email
2 credits per non-found email
This method costs more because LinkedIn data must be processed first before email discovery happens.
Mapping Fields Before Running
Before starting enrichment, you must map the correct fields.
You can map:
First Name
Last Name
Company Domain
LinkedIn Profile URL
Once mapped correctly, click Run to begin enrichment.
