We have introduced three new deliverability features designed to help you send more naturally, protect your email account reputation, and gradually increase campaign volume:
Randomize Daily Limit
Rest Cycles
Campaign Ramp-Up
These features work together to create a more controlled sending pattern and reduce the risk of damaging your account reputation through aggressive or repetitive sending.
1. Randomize Daily Limit
Sending the exact same number of emails every day can create an overly predictable sending pattern.
Randomize Daily Limit adds variability to your daily campaign volume by automatically changing how many emails an account sends each day.
For example, if your daily limit is 50 emails and you set the randomization to 40%, the account can send a different amount each day instead of consistently sending exactly 50.
This means your sending volume may look more like:
Day 1: 42 emails
Day 2: 31 emails
Day 3: 47 emails
Day 4: 35 emails
Day 5: 50 emails
The exact number will vary from day to day.
How to configure it
Go to Email Account Dashboard -> Click on the Inbox -> Go to Account Settings
Enable the "Randomize Daily Limit" feature.
Enter the percentage you want to vary the daily limit by.
We recommend starting with 40%.
Note: Randomization starts after Campaign Ramp-Up has completed. It reduces the daily campaign sending limit; it does not increase your configured limit.
2. Rest Cycles
Give your email account regular breaks from campaign sending
Continuous campaign sending can gradually put additional pressure on an email account's reputation. Rest Cycles automatically pauses campaign sending after a specified number of sending days, giving the account time to rest before sending resumes.
This is particularly important for deliverability to Google accounts, as Google has recently implemented stricter spam-filtering rules, making it critical to maintain a healthy account reputation for long-term deliverability.
If an account's reputation starts to deteriorate and continues below a healthy threshold, recovering deliverability can become much more difficult. Rest Cycles are designed to help prevent that gradual decline by introducing regular breaks into your sending schedule.
How Rest Cycles work
You can configure two settings:
Send for (days) — how many days the campaign should send.
Then rest for (days) — how many days campaign sending should pause.
For example:
Send for 5 days → Rest for 7 days → Repeat
After the account has sent campaigns for 5 sending days, campaign sending automatically pauses for 7 days. Once the rest period is complete, sending resumes and the cycle repeats.
How to configure it
Go to Email Account Dashboard -> Click on the Inbox -> Go to Account Settings
Enable the "Rest Cycles" feature.
Enter the values for Send for (days) and Then rest for (days)
Why use Rest Cycles?
Rest Cycles can help you:
Avoid continuous campaign sending
Reduce prolonged pressure on account reputation
Maintain healthier sending patterns
Protect deliverability over longer campaigns
Give accounts regular periods without campaign traffic
Continue warmup activity while campaign sending is paused
We recommend using Rest Cycles when running campaigns over a longer period, as they are particularly important for maintaining deliverability to Google accounts.
Note:
Email warmup continues while the account is in a rest period.
The rest period applies only to campaign sending, not to warmup.
Warmup activity continues even when campaigns are temporarily paused, allowing the account to build and maintain its warmup reputation.
Days with no campaign sends do not count toward the campaign sending-day counter.
3. Campaign Ramp-Up
Start small and gradually increase your campaign volume
Campaign Ramp-Up allows you to gradually increase the number of campaign emails sent each day instead of immediately sending at your full daily limit.
This is especially useful when starting a new campaign or introducing campaign traffic to an account.
The goal is to allow the account to gradually build a sending pattern before reaching the full campaign volume.
How it works
Campaign Ramp-Up has two settings:
Start at (emails/day) — the number of emails sent on the first sending day.
Increase per sending day — how much the daily volume increases on each sending day.
For example, if you configure:
Start at: 50 emails/day
Increase per sending day: 50 emails
Your campaign would progress like this:
Sending Day | Daily Volume |
Day 1 | 50 |
Day 2 | 100 |
Day 3 | 150 |
Day 4 | 200 |
Day 5 | 250 |
How to configure it
Go to Email Campaign Dashboard -> Click on edit campaign -> Go to Schedule -> Scroll below and enable this feature "Campaign Ramp-Up".
Note:
The campaign continues increasing its sending volume until it reaches your configured daily sending limit.
Campaign Ramp-Up counts sending days, not calendar days.
Weekends, campaign pauses, and sending errors do not advance the ramp-up progression.
If the campaign does not send on a particular day, the ramp-up volume does not increase for the following day.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Why should I use Rest Cycles?
Rest Cycles help prevent an email account from continuously sending campaign emails without breaks. Regular rest periods can help maintain a healthier account reputation, which is particularly important for Google accounts.
2. Does warmup stop during a Rest Cycle?
No. Warmup continues running while the campaign is resting.
The Rest Cycle only pauses campaign sending. Warmup activity continues during the rest period.
3. Do rest days count toward my Campaign Ramp-Up?
No. Campaign Ramp-Up counts sending days only.
Days when the campaign is paused, including rest days, weekends, or days affected by sending errors, don't advance the ramp-up progression.
4. When does Randomize Daily Limit start working?
Randomize Daily Limit starts after Campaign Ramp-Up is completed.
During the ramp-up period, the campaign follows the configured ramp-up progression.
5. Does Randomize Daily Limit increase my sending limit?
No. It only reduces and varies the daily sending volume.
For example, if your daily limit is 50 emails and Randomize Daily Limit is set to 40%, the campaign can send different amounts below the limit each day. It will not increase the account's maximum daily limit.
6. What percentage should I use for Randomize Daily Limit?
We recommend starting with 40%.
The purpose is to introduce natural variation in daily campaign volume rather than sending the exact same number of emails every day.
7. What happens if my campaign doesn't send on a particular day?
That day does not advance the Campaign Ramp-Up progression.
The ramp-up only advances when the campaign has an actual sending day.
8. Should I enable all three features?
For users focused on long-term deliverability, using all three can provide a more controlled sending pattern:
Ramp-Up → gradually increase volume
Randomize Daily Limit → vary daily volume
Rest Cycles → regularly pause campaign sending
However, your ideal configuration can depend on your account, sending volume, campaign behavior, and overall deliverability.
