Warm-Up Phase (Days 1–14)

  • Daily Sending Volume: 6–8 warm-up emails per day

  • Ramp-Up Strategy: Increase volume by 1 email per day

  • Target Reply Rate: 65%–75%

  • Send Interval: Minimum 20–60 minutes between emails

  • Email Type: Natural, short, reply-friendly emails (not promotional)

⚠️ Avoid links, images, attachments, and tracking pixels during warm-up.

Post Warm-Up Phase (Day 15+)

Once the inbox has completed warm-up successfully:

  • Cold Outreach: 2–5 emails per day

  • Warm-Up Maintenance: 6–8 warm-up emails per day (ongoing)

  • Time Gap Between Sends: 20–60 minutes

  • Reply Rate Target: Maintain 65%–75%

Maintaining warm-up emails even after launch helps stabilize reputation and prevent sudden drops in inbox placement.

Importance of Official Microsoft Licenses

Using an official Microsoft 365 license is strongly recommended.

Why It Matters:

  • Better trust scoring at Microsoft’s server level

  • Full support for IMAP, SMTP, and OAuth

  • Reduced risk of account throttling or suspension

  • Compatibility with app passwords and secure authentication

🚫 Avoid cracked, shared, or non-licensed inboxes β€” these are commonly flagged and blocked during cold outreach.
