What is Advanced Scheduling?

This feature helps you control exactly when your campaigns send emails by allowing you to configure custom sending windows for each day, align outreach with your prospects' schedules, and create more natural sending patterns.

Why Use Advanced Scheduling?

Advanced Scheduling helps you:

  • Customize sending windows for each day of the week.

  • Align email delivery with your prospects' working hours and time zones.

  • Include or exclude weekends based on your outreach strategy.

  • Create more natural and controlled sending patterns.

  • Reduce email activity during specific hours or days when needed.

How to Access Advanced Scheduling

  1. Go to campaign dashboard -> Click on edit campaign

  2. Navigate to Schedule turn on Advanced Scheduling.

3. Once enabled, you can customize your weekly sending schedule.

Advanced Scheduling Overview

1. Timezone Selection

Select the timezone that best matches when you want emails to be sent.

The schedule grid will follow the selected timezone, ensuring your campaigns send during your desired hours.

2. Weekly Schedule

The weekly schedule grid allows you to select specific hours when emails can be sent.

Each row represents a day of the week, and each block represents an hour.

Blue blocks indicate active sending hours.

Gray blocks indicate hours when sending is disabled.

3. Quick Schedule Presets

To make scheduling faster, several preset options are available.

Business Hours

Automatically selects standard weekday business hours.

Recommended for most B2B outreach campaigns.

Light Mon & Fri

Reduces sending activity on Mondays and Fridays, helping create a more natural sending pattern.

Skip Lunch

Removes lunchtime hours from the schedule to better mimic real-world email activity.

4. Copy a Day's Schedule

Each day includes a Copy Schedule icon on the right side of the schedule grid.

Clicking this icon allows you to apply that day's sending hours to all other days, eliminating the need to manually configure each day individually.

Note:

  • Advanced Scheduling is optional, but highly recommended for greater control over your campaign sending behavior.

  • Create more natural and consistent sending patterns while ensuring emails are sent only during your selected time windows.
