Email Tags and Campaign Tags help you organize, track, and analyze your outreach more effectively.
You can always filter out the Emails & Campaigns with the ESP's
What are Email Tags?
Understand email tags as labels applied to email accounts created by you
You can use them for reference, filtering, and analytics.
How to Create Email Tags?
On the Email Account & Warmup tab, select the email on which you want to assign tags
the, click on "Bulk Actions" → "Assign Tags."
Then you can assign or create a tag from here -
For creating a new tag you'll get a pop-up where you can create tags -
You can give your tag name & color.
You can also add a description, but it's completely optional and up to you.
Example use cases of Inbox Tags
Identify the inbox purpose
(e.g., Cold Outreach, Support, Name them with Places)Separate test inboxes from production inboxes
Track performance by sender type
Filter analytics by email account group
You can assign them as per your need
What are Campaign Tags?
Similar to Email Tags, campaign tags are labels applied to Campaigns created by you
How to Create Campaign Tags?
Go to the "Campaigns & Analytics" tab and select the campaign on which you want to assign the tags, then click on Bulk Actions & you'll get the option to Assign Tags -
From here, you can create new Tags or assign the Tags to the campaigns
For creating a new tag you'll get a pop-up where you can create tags -
You can give your tag name & color.

Campaign tags are especially useful for analytics and comparison across campaigns.

How to use tags for analyzing Campaigns & Emails
For Email Analytics go to "Emails & Warmup" tab, click on "See Detailed Analytics" -
Now, select the tag from which you want to analyze, you can use this in both All Account Analytics & All Warmup Analytics
For Campaign Analytics go to "Campaigns & Analytics" tab, click on "See Detailed Analytics" -
Now, select the tag from which you want to analyze
Tips for Using Tags Effectively
1.) While assigning tags, make sure you select all the email accounts you want to tag at once. This helps save time. You can also use filters to quickly find newly added email accounts for easier selection -
2.) Don’t confuse campaign email selection with campaign analytics. This section is only used to choose which email accounts will send the campaign. Analytics are handled separately -
In order to check analytics of emails you need to open the "Email Accounts & Warmup" tab & select the tags -
For detailed Analytics, in "Email Account & Warmup" Tab click on "See Detailed Analytics" -
Then, you'll get a pop up you can select the Tags -
