There are couple fresh features we just shipped.
Let's take a look at what we launched:
Scheduled Replies -
In your inbox you now can draft a reply to your prospects and schedule it to send later. Particularly useful to match working hours of your leads and maximize number of scheduled calls.
2. Email accounts tagging -
You can now create and assign tags to inboxes connected to your account. Helps to seamlessly separate sending inboxes between campaigns / lists / clients
We also added an option to create/edit tags in workspace settings.
3. Campaign tags -
Similar to email accounts, you can now create and assign tags to different campaigns in your workspace, and easily navigate between campaigns in the same group.
4. Select multiple filters (reply label, sender email, campaign) in your inbox -
Use it to narrow down your search.
5. Duplicate campaign feature now allows to choose whether to duplicate subsequence or not.
6. Added new triggers for enrolling leads in the subsequence -
any reply, any reply except OOO and automatic reply.
7. In Webhooks settings it's now possible to select All Campaigns (instead of just individual campaigns) that webhook will listen to.
8. Once reply label is changed - we will also ask if you'd like to remove the prospect from a Subsequence (if it's active in the subsequence).
