What is a Workspace?
A Workspace helps you keep your email outreach organized by separating your campaigns, email accounts, leads, block lists, and settings into different environments.
For example, if you manage campaigns for multiple clients or teams, you can create a separate workspace for each one. This keeps everything organized and makes it easier to manage.
Workspaces also allow you to invite team members so you can collaborate on campaigns together.
Why Use Workspaces?
Workspaces are useful because they help you:
Keep Everything Organized: Store your campaigns, email accounts, leads, and block lists in separate workspaces so each project or client has its own dedicated environment.
Collaborate with Your Team: Invite team members to a workspace and assign them different roles based on the level of access they need.
Manage Multiple Clients: If you're a lead generation agency or manage outreach for multiple businesses, you can create a separate workspace for each client to keep their data completely separate.
Workspace Roles
There are two roles available within a workspace:
Workspace Admin
Workspace User
Each role has different permissions.
Workspace Admin
Workspace Admins have full control over the workspace.
They can:
Create, edit, and delete campaigns, leads, and email accounts.
Invite or remove team members.
Change member roles (Admin or User).
Generate a Workspace API Key.
Configure and edit Workspace Webhooks.
Note: Only Workspace Admins can generate Workspace API keys.
Workspace User
Workspace Users can manage campaigns but do not have administrative permissions.
They can:
Create and manage campaigns.
Add and manage leads.
Manage email accounts used for campaigns.
They cannot:
Invite or remove workspace members.
Change member roles.
Generate Workspace API keys.
Edit Workspace Webhooks.
Inviting Members to a Workspace
Workspace Admins can invite team members to collaborate inside a workspace.
Automatic Member Addition (New)
If the person you're inviting:
already has a PlusVibe account, and
is already a member of at least one workspace within the same organization,
they will be added to the new workspace instantly.
In this case:
No invitation email is sent.
The user does not need to accept an invitation.
If the invited user does not meet the above conditions, they'll receive a normal invitation email and will need to accept it before joining the workspace.
How to Generate a Workspace API Key
Available on Business Plan and above.
Go to Account Settings.
