Pipl.ai is enriched with customizable options to give you control over your campaigns and inboxes. One of these options is to set a limit to contact leads per day i.e., you can choose how many people you want to reach out to per day, and once that number is met, your campaign or your inboxes will stop sending emails for the day. Useful, isn’t it? You can gradually evaluate your campaign's performance over the days, rather than sending emails to all the leads on the same day! 🤔
To configure “Maximum Number of Leads to Contact per Day”, follow these steps:
1. Login to your pipl.ai account.
2. Click on Campaigns from your left panel menu.
3. Click on the three dots and select the Edit option against the desired campaign. If the campaign list is too long, you can also use the Search Campaign search bar to find the specific campaign.
4. Switch to the Schedule tab.
5. On this screen, you will find various options to customize your campaign. Look for the “Campaign-Level Limit” section. In this section, there is an option “Maximum Emails per Day”. Under this, you can enter the maximum number of leads you want to contact per day including follow ups. And “Maximum New Leads to Contact per Day”. Here you can set up how many new leads are contacted, that takes into consideration leads that haven't been contacted.
6. Do not forget to hit the Save button to save your settings.
To configure “Daily Campaign Email Limit”, follow these steps:
1. Go to Email Accounts and Warmup tab
2. Click on the email account (or the three dots → Analytics & Settings).
3. Go to Account → Settings
4. Under Delivery Settings you can set up the Daily Campaign Email Limit and the Minimum Interval In minutes between emails.
5. If you enable Campaign Email Ramp-Up, you can gradually increase email sends until the maximum limit is reached.
6. Follow Optimal Email Limit Settings to ensure you will not be marked by providers for aggressive sending.
