Daily Cap per Recipient Domain

You can now control how many leads are contacted from the same recipient domain each day, helping improve deliverability and prevent over-targeting the same company.

Written by plusvibe.ai Support Team

This setting helps:

  • Protect deliverability

  • Prevent over-contacting the same company

  • Distribute outreach more naturally across campaigns and sending accounts

It is especially useful when multiple campaigns target similar audiences or companies.

Configuration Levels:

It can be configured at:

1) Workspace level: Applies a global limit across all campaigns inside the workspace.

2) Campaign level: Applies a limit only to the individual campaign.

How It Works?

PlusVibe tracks how many leads are contacted from the same recipient domain during a UTC day.

Example recipient domains:

  • company.com

  • microsoft.com

  • hubspot.com

Campaign-level caps only apply to a single campaign, while workspace-level caps apply across all campaigns combined.

If both limits are enabled, the workspace-level cap always takes priority and stops additional sends once the global limit is reached.

Example Scenario

Workspace cap:

  • 5 leads/day per recipient domain

Campaign caps:

  • Campaign A β†’ 5 leads/day

  • Campaign B β†’ 5 leads/day

Result: Even though both campaigns combined could send 10 leads to company.com, PlusVibe will stop sending after 5 because the workspace-level cap takes priority.

Important Notes

  • All limits reset daily based on UTC time

  • Limits are calculated per recipient domain

  • The workspace-level cap always overrides campaign-level caps when both are enabled

  • This setting applies only to business/custom domains and not to generic domains like gmail.com, outlook.com, or yahoo.com.
