How to Understand Your Exported Email Account Data
When you export your email accounts as a CSV file, each row represents an email account and includes several fields. Some of these fields are not immediately obvious. Here’s a quick guide to help you interpret them:
Field Explanations
ooo_rr
This stands for "Reply Rate (including Out of Office)" over the last 7 days. It shows how often your emails are getting replies, including automated out-of-office replies.overall_hscore
This is your overall warmup email deliverability score for the past 7 days. A higher score means your emails are more likely to reach the inbox (and not go to spam).google_hscore
This is your warmup email deliverability score specifically for emails sent to Google (Gmail) recipients over the past 7 days.microsoft_hscore
This is your warmup email deliverability score for emails sent to Microsoft (Outlook) recipients over the past 7 days.other_hscore
This is your warmup email deliverability score for emails sent to other (non-Google, non-Microsoft) recipients using regular SMTP servers over the past 7 days.
What Do These Scores Mean?
Deliverability scores help you track how well your email account is performing during warmup, and whether your emails are landing in the inbox instead of spam.
Reply rate can give you an idea of how engaged your audience is, including automated replies like out-of-office messages.
