Did I Receive a Phishing Email Pretending to Be PlusVibe?

We know email security is important. To help you verify whether a message really came from us, here’s how PlusVibe handles transactional email delivery.

Why you might see different sending domains

To make sure critical emails like password resets, OTP codes, and security alerts get to you reliably, we sometimes send from multiple trusted domains. This helps us route around disruptions and maintain stable delivery.

The only domains PlusVibe uses for transactional emails are:

  • plusvibe.ai

  • plusvibe.cc

  • plusvibe.io

  • plusvibe.co

  • pipl.ai

If you receive an email claiming to be from PlusVibe but it does not come from one of these domains, treat it as suspicious.

How to protect yourself

  • Check the sender domain: It must end in one of the domains above.

  • Add our domains to your safe senders/contacts list

  • If in doubt: Do not click links or open attachments. Instead, log in directly at plusvibe.ai and access your account.

  • Admins/IT teams: Ensure your email security system allowlists these domains so that transactional messages aren’t blocked or altered.

What’s legitimate vs. not

Legitimate: Password resets, OTP codes, login/security alerts, positive-reply notifications, billing receipts — always from the domains above.

Not legitimate: Campaign messages sent by users, marketing offers outside PlusVibe, or anything from a lookalike domain not listed here.

✅ If you’re ever unsure, forward the suspicious message to [email protected] for verification.
