1. Validating Emails During CSV Upload
When you're importing leads, we give you the option to automatically validate emails during upload. Here's how:
Go to Leads > Import Leads.

βUpload your CSV file.

βOn the review step, enable the "Verify Leads" toggle.
Once the import is complete, youβll see validation results:

β? Based on the campaign settings, this 'Risky' email will be skipped automatically

βIf the address is not found, the lead will be skipped

This is the easiest way to clean your data before it even enters the system.
2. Validating Leads Inside Campaigns
You can manually validate emails at any time from within a lead list.
Navigate to Leads.

βSelect Verify Leads.
βClick the Actions dropdown and choose "Verify the leads on this page or Verify all leads".

βThe system will run verification in real time and update the status next to each lead.

This is great for spot-checking or cleaning up leads you've added manually or via integrations.
3. Using enrichment workflows in lead lists
You can manually validate emails at any time from within a lead list.
Navigate to Prospect Lists & Enrichment Leads.

βClick the Verify Email option and choose "Verify the leads on this page or Verify all leads".
